Our kitchen staff has been hand picked by Katt to carry on her commitment to consistent, honest, traditional preparation of our incredible menu items.

Each of our Thai dishes require locally and internationally sourced ingredients. Katt and our team scour the freshest offerings to ensure that all of the food and the ingredients used to build our dishes are the freshest, and healthiest we can acquire.
MASTER CHEF
Chef Kattareeya (KATT) grew up in a small farmers village in rural North Eastern Thailands Isan region. After years of catering film sets and celebrities, Katt opened SPICY SUGAR. Generations of her family farmed, grew, and cultivated fresh ingredients which they developed into astoundingly beautiful and flavorful dishes. Although Katt offers popular Thai dishes on our menu, she also has very unique and exotic menu items she prepares daily for our Thai friends and family who miss home... ask your server for the “THAI MENU”… its a. bounty of inspired and unique flavors!
